We supplied and installed a Duro-Last PVC flat roof membrane on the new 4 Points Sheraton Hotel in north east Calgary. The Duro-Last membrane was used to cover the parapet walls that were over 12' high. Duro-Last was also installed on the barrel style roof on the front entrance canopy.

At this South East Calgary Church we installed a Duro-last single ply membrane on the flat roof after removing an EPDM roof that had been leaking.

We supplied and installed an energy saving Duro-Last PVC roof system in place of the old tar and gravel roof system, complete with new metal flashings just off of highway #2 in Airdrie, just north of Calgary.  In addition, we supplied and installed the pre-finished standing seam metal roofing and soffits on the turret.

At this North Calgary location Goodmen Roofing installed a Duro-last flat roof  membrane over a sloped insulation package. We also installed the parapet flashings to make the Duro-last membrane continuous over the roof edge.  

At this South Calgary location, Goodmen Roofing installed a Duro-last roof membrane over a sloped insulation package. Goodmen Roofing also installed the Duro-last custom metal on all parapet locations to make the membrane continuous over the roof edge

This roofing project was challenging as well as rewarding. Goodmen Roofing installed a Duro-Last single ply PVC roof system complete with insulation (both sloped and flat) with a vapor barrier. The office building required a roof top unit that was approximately 20 feet long by 8 feet wide. The roofing went smooth considering the amount of detail. The interesting part was the curved metal on the NW side of the building. Goodmen roofing installed a Duro-Last curved 2 piece compression metal on this arch. The great thing about the Duro-Last  curved 2 piece compression metal is that once installed it appears to be seamless. It is a great system for such roofing applications. Also on this project Goodmen Roofing installed the Duro-Last membrane on two lower decks and then installed a rubber interlocking paver on the decks. This system not only looked great as a finished roof but it is a long lasting solution to the Giusti Groups finished roofing project.
